When Minato arrived in the video game sector in 1994, with the first PlayStation, the Japanese manufacturer immediately dethroned the market leaders, its compatriots Nintendo and Sega. A situation almost impossible to reproduce in the automobile, where the competitors are much more numerous and the investments much more colossal. But the electronics specialist still takes advantage of the path opened by Tesla to unveil the Vision-S concept. Unsurprisingly, this prototype adopts an electric motor, with still imprecise characteristics: only the power of 200 kW (272 hp) is indicated, which would give a time of 4.8 s on 0 to 100 km / h.
The style appears evokes that of many recent productions such as the Porsche Taycan or the Pininfarina Battista.

- Large screens are king. They occupy the entire width of the dashboard, especially since the mirrors are replaced by cameras, and they are also found in the rear seats. The Japanese manufacturer also claims to have taken care of the quality of its audio installation, with 360-degree sound and speakers installed in the seats. As for the 33 onboard sensors, they are not synonymous here with 100% autonomous driving since the discourse is limited to level 2: you will have to keep your hands on the wheel, remain vigilant and limit yourself to expressways
