• Aim for EL installer
  In order to produce an attractive luminescence (window) design onto bike frames (both on the left and right side of frame tube ) , the EL window shall be masked by special “Gepida logo” decals that allows the light coming out only via transparent Gepida characters.
• Aim to prepare two finished EL bike frame samples for 2015 Eurobike Show
  The luminescence light shall be only visible through the GEPIDA characters, only the transparent characters allows the EL light coming out through decals , this way the luminescence lights figure out the GEPIDA logo in dark condition.
• Gepida makes special decals for masking EL windows on each side (left and right) of bike frame tube. The decals shall be produced with margins (horizontally 15mm, vertically 5mm borders) to cover the EL windows and ensure a prefect masking of EL lighting.
  The area of EL windows must be larger then the area of GEPIDA logo characters to ensure smooth backlighting of Gepida logo characters , and it should not be larger then margin area of decals , see preferred geometrical sizes and accuracies for EL windows on drawings.

Project plan to present two Gepida Electroluminescence ebike samples on 2015 Eurobike Show (August 24.)

We are looking for EL installer that can produce the EL paintings (into backlight windows) onto our bike frame tubes.
The electrical driver of EL paints should be power from (DC 5V , max 1A) lamp power source , or from battery (DC 36..40V , 5A) power source.
The frames will be painted and sent with a base colour (version 1. white paint , version 2. black paint) to installer.
Installer have to work out the EL painting (into windows on both side of frames), in the requested positions according drawings. Positions can be moved within horizontally +/-5mm , vertically +/-2mm , as it is tolerable for a painting job.
Wish , to use a clear coat (varnishing) layer on EL paint , if it is possible burning on max. 150C , the decals and varnishing shall be made by Olimpia Bicycle Ltd.
Our aim to find a varnishing solution (baked or not) to cover EL paint and Gepida decals on it , but it is not a must for exhibition purpose.

Planned schedule , to present two ebike samples for 2015 Eurobike Show:
­ 2 pce bike frames should be prepared (painted white and black) and sent to installer on the next week (until July 3.) installer must to work out the EL painting onto bike frame tubes until end of July (latest date for sent to Olimpia till August 14.) the electrical contacts on EL paintings should be done by EL manufacturer or installer. the driver electronics must be sent directly to Olimpia Bicycle Ltd. till August 14. the final work out of decals (varnishing if it is possible) shall be done at Olimpia Bicycle Ltd. on August.
