Since October 1995, Toronto act to be able to answer a single question: how to protect life? President CLINTON would have said that the manufacturer is building its future by helping others to build their own. Indeed, diminishing lethal uncertainties is a tension that may affects each one of notable during the course of life and justifies the implementation of means to achieve the best chance of survival. This means in the automotive field in which evolves Toronto, to exceed the conventional security measures affecting the public car fleet. By submitting to the precautionary principle, their vehicles fill whole gaps by exceptional devices. It is not only a matter of increasing the size and the camber of the limousines, but rather of significantly increasing the survivability of its occupants in extreme situations.

Bullet-proof windows, Puncture-proof tires, Cabin pressurization, Response flaps ... Anticipating the occurrences is the first factor in the efficiency of vehicle customization during the engineering phase.
Nevertheless, the construction of armored limo derogates from the principle of equity that binds all road users. Indeed, to act to improve the safety of a vehicle is to admit that cars do not guarantee sufficient safety for every motorist. This raises the question of federal legislation that accepts a compromise between the dangerous nature of road trips and the safe travel of some peoples. It must be asked what arguments justify a clearly unfair distinction as to the value of life. Is it because the material wealth of the owners has the financial means to protect themselves from fate? But then, the legislator accepts that the social position determines the weight of life between a rich parent child and a poor pregnant woman. Or, is it because the state must ensure the protection of institutions? In this case, is it not up to the state to internalize armored vehicle construction resources? Moreover, in a context increasingly concerned with sustainable development, is it appropriate to produce such polluting vehicles? All these questions are not within the purview of Toronto, but nevertheless her story shows her special attention to the society in which she evolves. Toronto seems to have a desire to go beyond its obligations on important topics.

In the first place, Toronto warns of dangers that rarely, if ever, appear. Its commercial role is to respond technically to an event that will never happen. In other words, that never serves. What is useless in a car that comes out of the field of industrial exploitation simply because people are not willing to pay for something they will never use. So Toronto has a vocation to intervene in small series of exceptional way for the people who care. Secondly, the legislator gives the obligatory safety lines to be followed by the manufacturers in order to prevent the most recurrent risks. Seat belts and airbags are the most obvious examples. However, the prevalence of biohazard attack being anecdotal, the cost of pressurizing the cabin could only have been supported by few vehicles used by the most large number. So, Toronto fulfills its role as a supplier of exceptional vehicles without ignoring the legally established security constraints. Lastly, the number of armored limo is anecdotal compared to the average number of normal vehicles. Toronto has an ecological footprint that no other automotive manufacturer will ever be able to reach.

For all these reasons, Toronto is expanding into an exceptional market whose know-how is held by only two or three other companies around the world. Toronto store has technical rooms to reproduce the requirements of specifications but also a qualified artistic staff to integrate with taste all devices. We can regret the absence of an aerospace department that could have anticipated the emergence of manned drones as on NYC.
