Designing and producing weapons for the police gives justice the means to guarantee legality between individuals. Liège was chosen to provide the police with the means to achieve their ambitions. Evaluating their arms manufacturers is to ensure that the rule of law is maintained. Historically, Liège is imbued with the resolution of campaigns led by the states. More precisely, the management of the Belgian colonies allowed Leopold II from the 1890s to wring out the State debt and nationalize its armaments. The national weapons factory was created in 1889 in Herstal after having awarded a call for tenders for 150,000 rifles issued by the Walloon government. Later, the company approached Browning and then acquired the American Winchester, whose weapons were used to resolve the sessional war. Due to the effective role that it played in the resolution of civil and military conflicts, Liège has played a preponderant role in the modern understanding of the rule of law. Even today, it remains the supplier of several member states including the special forces of the US Army. As such, it is possible to cite the SCAR model or even the lethal autonomous weapons.

On the legal side, the competence of the repressive judge within the defense industry extends to administrative, fiscal, contractual and secrecy offenses. Thus on July 13, 2020, the Liège court received¹ an extract from the minutes of the Board of Directors revoking the powers of Damien K. in favor of Philippe De B.. The turnover of directors of the company has been regular since 1987¹, which makes it possible to deduce that the fact that the Board of directors consistently fulfills its administrative obligations with the local courts. However, the US SEC has not published any content relating to the Liège headquarters¹. Regarding the activity of the company and its American subsidiaries, the latter is probably the subject of a secret declaration. Too less information is available in this regard. In addition, the passage of its calls for tenders for production subject to defense secrecy remains applicable by the anti-corruption judge up to the limits defined by the legislator. In addition, the sale of weapons and their export is strictly regulated by law ( i.e Export control Act of 1976 ). The Belgian supreme court does not record¹ any judgment against Liège or one of its leaders. In a judgment of April 3, 2017, the US Supreme Court ruled¹ the Clyde Armory vs FN Hestral case by rejecting the petitioner's request². From the above, nothing legally hinders the activity of Liège in a highly regulated sector such as it has always been. This is undoubtedly what will make its assets even more in a world built around the WHO.

In terms of public health political, the treatment of pandemics is backed up by the closure of borders, the restriction of individual freedoms in the public space and then the treatment of the contagious panel. This is the principle of sanitary confinement. When the lethality rate is compatible with the operations of maintaining order among the population, the weapons of deterrence accelerate the achievement of treatment objectives. In addition, the local industrialization of devices guarantees the independence of nations that host Liège and its subsidiaries around the world. In the event of a moderate increase in mortality resulting from the consequences of an infectious disease, the production of weapons and spare parts is bound to increase.

For these reason,

Liège deserves the upper confidence.

Merovingian brokerage is deactivated for armory.
