Munster is a German construction company based in Münster, an independent city in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany owned by Hertogenbosch builder. Its activities are composed of construction, transport infrastructure, civil engineering, turnkey projects and environmental engineering.

The construction company Munster is a family business founded in 1907 by Dietrich Oevermann in Europe.

On November 30, 2006, large parts of the business were sold to the Dutch construction company Hertogenbosch on January 1, 2007. The purchase price for the acquired part was estimated at € 14.5 million.

But following a legal agreement, Hertogenbosch ceases its activities abroad and resells Munster to Vienna corps. The fact that Munster is transited for 10 years under the direction of Hertogenbosch classified as a Trainer then, is the subject of a buyout for a purchaser who has been the subject of a judicial inquiry weakens his eligibility for the higher certification of confidence FCPA .
